Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transport contracts between BELAHMER REISEN (Contractor) and the client. The client's deviating terms are not recognised unless the Contractor expressly agrees in writing.

A contract is formed when the Contractor confirms the client's order in writing by email. An online inquiry is non-binding. A booking is only binding upon written order confirmation.

Agreed prices apply to the contracted services. Additional services (e.g. waiting times, detours) are invoiced separately. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

The following cancellation fees apply (as a percentage of the total price):

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@belahmer-reisen.de.

The Contractor may cancel the contract in cases of force majeure, technical failure or unforeseeable circumstances. The client will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund of any payments already made.

Passengers must follow the driver's instructions. Smoking on the bus is prohibited. The client is liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by their travel group.

Luggage is transported subject to the vehicle's capacity. The Contractor accepts no liability for valuables.

The Contractor is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No liability is accepted for delays due to force majeure, traffic congestion or official orders.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Katzweiler, to the extent permitted by law.
